Carmine took the time to understand our needs. Based on those needs, he showed us several houses, one of which we purchased. His great value, however, was in the negotiation: He spotted the flaws in each house; indicated the potential cost to fix them; and suggested a price at which we could/should make an offer. He worked well with the other party's agent to make our offer compelling.
